1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the taya375 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the taya375 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the taya375 Platform. Your continued use of taya375 following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the taya375 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of taya375, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the taya375 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

taya375 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of the verification process.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) taya375 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. taya375 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering your taya375 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your taya375 login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify taya375 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

taya375 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your taya375 account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

taya375 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Philippine-approved payment channels. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to a valid bank account

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the taya375 Help Centre, subject to completion of identity verification. taya375 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

All funds deposited into your taya375 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

taya375 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your taya375 account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited along with any winnings derived therefrom.
• taya375 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or other abusive behaviour will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taya375 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point .
• Creating or operating multiple taya375 accounts, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the taya375 Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system underlying the taya375 Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your taya375 account on your behalf.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity or availability of the taya375 Platform.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the taya375 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of taya375 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya375 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the taya375 Platform without prior written consent from taya375.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya375 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

taya375 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. taya375 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, taya375's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your taya375 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9 Responsible Gaming

taya375 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their taya375 account at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: taya375 provides configurable session time alerts to help players monitor the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion by contacting taya375 support.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during active sessions.

taya375 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under the legal age. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.

10 Termination

taya375 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that taya375 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

You may close your taya375 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

11 Amendments to These Terms

taya375 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, taya375 will notify registered players via email or an on-Platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the taya375 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to taya375's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

Nothing in this section shall prevent taya375 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
